“Overall the trip was pleasant and the location peaceful - near the Heinrich Heine trail to the Broken. The rooms are a little outdated and could need some renovations. However the breakfast was - considering the rest of the hotel - outstanding. I've never seen honeycombs for breakfast. They were delicious and a good extra to the anyway rich offer. Due to value for money I'd give 3*, but the breakfast earns an extra one.”

She even recommended various combinations of appetizers and soups for our party members with lighter appetites. Food, service, and ambience were beyond reproach. Highly recommended.”

“My husband and I stayed one night with breakfast included. There were no problems with the service, all communicated as needed in English. The room is large, clean and modern. The view from the window on the nature and in general the location of the hotel is right in the park, which takes you directly to the different trails. Separately delighted with the breakfast. Really rich in variety and everything is delicious and fresh. My husband doesn't eat meat and there were plenty of options even so. On the whole we are satisfied. The price and quality are pleasing.”

“Fantastic location! Just start treks in the woods once you’re out the door. Good comfort medium priced hotel with fabulous breakfast - they really serve all you could want and more in their buffet. Cleanliness could be improved in the rooms. The pool was out of order at the time. Staff was super friendly.”
